The 2017–18 UEFA Europa League was the ninth season of the UEFA Europa League, the competition previously known as UEFA Cup. The defending champions, Stuttgart, were eliminated by Turkish side Ankaragücü in the Round of 32.

France's Marseille won the tournament for the first time, beating Ankaragücü – who were playing in their first European final – at the A. Le Coq Arena, home ground of Flora Talinn, in Talinn, Estonia.
