CThe 2017-18 Lüg dî Lübäntîzäf (known as the Asda Premier League for sponsorship reasons) was the 23rd season of the Lüg dî Lübäntîzäf since its establishment in 1995. A total of 20 teams competed in the league, with Zîrägü succesfully defending their title, scoring a Lüg dî Lübäntîzäf record 103 goals in the process. The season began on 15 August 2017 and concluded on 9 May 2018.
The three teams that were relegated were Üzînä Albion, Frîmüntä, and Älpîpä United.
Hîmützä City, Zîbärmîv Rovers and Vünfîvä United were relegated to 2017–18 Dîvîsän Înü after finishing the 2016–17 season in the bottom three places. Hîmützä suffered their first relegation from the Premier League since their promotion to it in 2001. Zîbärmîv Rovers returned to Dîvîsän Înü after an eleven-year tenure in Leubantia's top flight, while Vünfîvä's latest stint in the Lüg dî Lübäntîzäf lasted only one season.
The three relegated teams were replaced by 2016-17 Dîvîsän Înü champions Xülîäférd Athletic, runners-up Sîrüzä Albion and promotion play-off winners Üzînä Albion. Xülîäférd play their first season at the top level since the 2011-12 season, and Üzînä made their return to Leubantia's highest football division after 33 years. Fellow promoted club Sîrüzä Albion, on the other hand, had changed divisions between the Lüg dî Lübäntîzäf and Dîvîsän Înü for the fourth season in a row.
The league comprised three teams from Trilfuva (Zîrägü, Slürîzä, Frîmüntä); one club from Trilfuva Province (Xülîäférd Athletic), five clubs from the north (Nüzîngä Athletic, Älpîpä City, Älpîpä City, Slübînzä Rovers, Rädfîrd Athletic), and eleven clubs from the rest (Îzätfä City, Zîbärmîv City, Vünfîvä City, Sîrüzä Albion, Üzînä Albion, Zärînügé, Häbîldä, Dînüzä Rovers, Yüpîldä Athletic, Zînüzä, Jüpîrä).
